HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY COSTUME?

Once purchased distribution will take place 3 days to week prior to carnival.

CAN CHANGES BE MADE TO MY ORDER?

Once purchase is made and costume sizes and details are put in no changes can be made.

HOW WILL I BE CONTACTED AFTER MAKING A PURCHASE?

You will receive and email advising the time and place of delivery and additional information.

Shipping Policy

Xclusive Mas Band does not provide shipping. All costumes will be picked up at distribution. Please see the FAQ page for more details. Once purchased distribution will take place 3 days to a week prior to carnival. You will receive and email advising the time and place.

Returns & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Once purchase is made and costume sizes and details are put in no changes can be made. ALL SALES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Please order accordingly. All costumes are custom made to fit and can not be altered.
